Shoppers may need a service rep to help because Walker’s Warehouse is an easy-to-use site with great features, but knowing a talented, responsive customer service team is available is comforting. After one shopping trip, I knew I would buy walking, running and simple, comfortable dress shoes there.

I had been looking for funky walking shoes. Two sites I knew carried the cool shoes at essentially the same price. I wrote Walker’s Warehouse to learn about their recommendations (they didn’t know this review would show up on Bargain Stalker) and received a terrific customer service letter.

Walker’s Warehouse sent a list of places where I could try on the shoes first. These weren’t their stores. They were willing to lose a sale to delighta customer. Instead, I asked about their return policy and was promised that I could absolutely return any shoes for any reason.

Treating a customer well is special. Treating a potential customer that way earns a company customers for life.

My order arrived quickly, well packed and exactly as described.

WW’s return policy is great. Anything is eligible for return within 45 days for a full refund condition. Hold onto your packaging — you need to return items in original packaging for a refund.

You can pay for the return yourself or put a sticker on the box and the post office will send your order by priority mail (no matter how heavy) and your refund will be debited $8.95. This is good for larger exercise equipment and heavy items.

And, of course, Walker’s Warehouse makes good on any damanged or defective item.
