OK, guys, this one’s for you. You read right. A review of Panties.com that I am asking men to read? Yep. Because this site is more of a gift site than one that a woman would shop on for herself (although I did). If you men want to know if sending sexy panties and accessories monthly is a way to your woman’s heart, well, I can’t tell you that. But I can tell you how this site works and whether I think you should give it a try.
What Panties.com Sells
The title kind of gives it away but this site sells sexy panties and accessories (bras, garters, stockings, baby dolls) in sets of one per month for three, six or twelve months. Each panty or set is sent in a beautiful gift box with chocolates, little surprises, calligraphy cards — the whole works. You can also order these things without the fancy, romantic wrappings but it so much more fun (but more expensive) to send the whole package. The site sells misses and plus sizes in many styles for every taste (except the very conservative one). The site also sells lingerie sets and individual items as one time purchases.

This site is set up nicely but can be a bit confusing as far as prices go and what is included with each order so carefully read descriptions and check over your choices before you input your credit card.
The homepage has pictures of several models in lingerie — nothing revealing but sexy enough to catch a person’s eye.
Across the top of the page are several links. Some include Panty of the Month, Gift Sets, Hot Lingerie Sets, Just for Fun, Plus Size, The Perfect Gift, and more.

To order a Panty of the Month item, you must choose the number of consecutive months — three, six, or twelve — that you want your gift sent. You will also be offered a matching bra, garter, stockings, and other accessories to add to your gift, all at prices that aren’t killer but aren’t Wal-Mart either. The killer cost is the initial Panty of the Month subscription which is $129.00 for three months. You do get a beautiful presentation box, chocolates, a special card, and several other little gifts depending on the month but still, three panties for $129.00? That is definitely love!
If you choose a one time purchase, you can opt to add an elaborate gift presentation for $11.95. Prices are average to a bit high but the items really are sexy. You also can get personalized panties, thongs, and bras with embroidered names and notes or preset messages. These are cute and affordable.
Once you choose your items and whether you want the elaborate gift box presentation, you will go to the checkout. Shipping is free for the Panty of the Month orders and quite reasonable for other purchases. You can see your shipping charge in your cart at any time. You can opt for faster service for a fee.
Checkout is simple. You fill out the ship to and billing addresses and supply your MasterCard or Visa number and expiry. They will also ask how you found the site.
That’s it! You get a confirmation number and email and a shipping one. Your gift will arrive in the timeframe you chose. You can choose to order ahead say, like in September to start the Panty of the Month shipments in December for Christmas and continue for the next two, five, or 11 months. For those orders, you are billed a set fee for the Panty of the Month club (The whole amount will be prepaid), but any extras like matching bras etc. will be charged on a monthly basis as the orders are sent out.
I can attest to the fact that the orders arrive in a timely fashion and are marvelously wrapped. My husband got me a three month subscription for Valentine’s Day and it was a lot of fun to open up the gold gift boxes and see what goodies were inside.
My Experience
Since I am a recipient of the Panty of the Month club, I just HAD to go to the site to see what was on there. And how much my husband blew on three months worth of panties in a pretty box. I saw the standard three month price was $129.00. Bras range between $35.00 and $55.00 averaging about $35.00 to $38.00 a piece. The other accessories are fairly inexpensive. I got the panty and the matching bra for three months and it was a ton of fun. I loved the styles, the fun themed goodies and gifts, and the cards. I wouldn’t have chosen to spend that kind of money on myself but, as a gift, it really was pretty romantic.
For reference, the Panty of the Month for six months is $239.00 and $478.00 for twelve. This doesn’t include the matching bra and other accessories but does include the goodies and gift presentation.
Wouldn’t you know, I clicked on the sale link? Yep. Like I needed anything else. But the prices were quite good and I liked the styles so I ended up ordering a bra and thong set on clearance. I even got a free gift with my purchase and had a choice of several different types of DVDs (Not porn but sexually oriented) or panties and thongs. I chose the most expensive retail valued gift (Hey, why not?), a combo DVD set which I still haven’t watched. But when I do, I will review it!
I had no problem with the ordering process. I zipped through it and got no upselling push and had no problems checking out. I didn’t choose the elaborate gift packaging so my order came nicely, but simply, packed and discrete in a white box with no mention of the website name on the return label.
I got the proper emails at the right times and my order took around five days to arrive.
Quality is decent. It is by no means junky or cheap but the bras and panties are really not meant to be everyday wear. They do have a cute line of cotton panties, thongs and sports bra type tops that can be personalized or have sayings on them. Those are about as functional as the products get. The rest are definitely made for special occasions and romance but are not flimsy or novelty wear.
I am pleased with my own order and love the Panty of the Month stuff. It is so much fun to get such an elaborate and sexy gift especially every month for a few months (or more). Really, the panties alone are not at all worth the exorbitant price but add the goodies, packaging, and personalization and any woman would be flattered to get a gift from this site from someone she loved.
I was much nicer to my husband for three months. Then we went back to the usual, “How was your day, mine was awful,” stuff. Maybe he should have sunk $500.00 into the year plan. Ha!
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free for the Panty of the Month. Other items are very reasonably priced as far as shipping. I paid just $4.50 for my bra and thong set and my free gift. The bra and gift alone would have only been $2.10 shipping.
There is no sales tax except in Iowa.
Any merchandise can be returned within 90 days, which is highly unusual for an intimate apparel site. Shipping is nonrefundable.
You can get a refund or exchange. If you exchange for the exact item, there is no return postage fee. If you exchange for something different, regular shipping fees apply.
Closeout merchandise is not returnable so take care to pay attention to their sizing chart when ordering this stuff in particular. From my experience, everything runs true to their sizing chart and I wear my usual size in their items.

Conclusion
Guys, if you want to make an impression on your wife, fiancée (They have special items for brides to be and newlyweds), or someone who won’t slap you in the face if you send them lingerie, this is a great place to shop. They do all the work for you by choosing themed panties and accessories (October’s choice is Halloween themed, December’s is Christmas, February’s is Valentine’s Day, etc.) and sending them in a beautiful gift box with lots of fun goodies that vary monthly.
The lingerie for sale on the site is sexy and prices are not too crazy at all. Quality is good and sizing is right in line with their sizing chart. Their shipping is free or very reasonable and their returns policy can’t be beat.
The Panty of the Month is a bit pricey but she’s worth it. Apparently my husband thought I was. Then again, I keep thinking the money he spent could have been better used for practical things. But that’s coming from a 20 plus year married woman. We always think about the practical over the romantic at this stage. I admit, I did like the romantic idea behind the monthly gifts though.
This site is unique and reliable. Customer Service is very friendly. I called once to ask a question about sizing and they were super nice.
I have to go with 5 stars for this site. It’s unique and romantic yet the items are actually wearable and not just flimsy packaged stuff that is one size fits all. The variety, too, is good from sporty to racy and everything in between.
Go forth and be romantic, guys. Or women, drop a few well-placed hints. You’ll be glad you did.
